Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop customized treatment plans focused on individual rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Manage a manageable caseload to ensure you have sufficient time to dedicate to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation process.
• Administer various manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions that promote effective recovery.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring compliance and understanding of their rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize cost-effective treatment strategies that emphasize non-surgical interventions, minimizing reliance on medications.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient services using electronic medical record (EMR) software, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The rehabilitation center serves a diverse clientele, including athletes recovering from injuries, individuals undergoing post-operative rehabilitation, and patients with chronic pain or movement disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, with a flawless record and no history of sanctions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and the creation of effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure precise documentation and patient management.
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, with a focus on orthopedic and sports medicine.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
