We are a dynamic team of engineers, roboticists, designers, and technologists who are passionate about unlocking the creative and economic potential of industrial robotics.RoleAs a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for driving greater operational excellence through our software tools and infrastructure. You will develop processes to support the overall marketing and communications goals of the organization.How your work moves the mission forwardTechnology enablement: Select and implement tools and systems through the entire business lifecycle, from lead generation through sale. Assess upstream/downstream impacts across integrated systems, document system interactions, data dependencies, and exception paths. Process design: Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria—including rules and guardrails.Planning & budgeting: Define our goals for systems and tooling, define delivery timelines and manage the budget. Contracting & Procurement: Lead the procurement, implementation and integration of new technologies to support these activities.Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations to define future-state, end-to-end workflows and success metrics.Reporting & Insights: Translate data from business systems into a cohesive narrative.Skills you will need to be successful5 years of relevant professional experience in operational roles.Extensive knowledge of a variety of sales & marketing technology platforms; marketing automation systems (like HubSpot or Webflow) , CRM systems (Salesforce), and digital marketing tools.Strong project management and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution. Ability to build consensus among cross functional stakeholders at multiple organizational levels on approach and outcomes, enabling delivery of robust, scalable technology solutions.Experience with data engineering and analytics.Skills that will differentiate your candidacyBackground in, or interest and genuine curiosity for the robotics and automation industry.Previously managed large and/or complex technology stack migration projects.Passionate about team learning and development. The base salary for this full-time position is between $152,800 - $209,100 (USD) + 15% bonus + equity + benefits.
