Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentationVerify accuracy and completeness of title documents, including lien information, odometer disclosures, and bills of salePrepare title packets for customers, ensuring all required documents are included and ready for mailingSubmit title and registration paperwork to state DMVs in accordance with jurisdictional requirementsTrack title status and follow up on pending, rejected, or missing documentationResolve title issues such as errors, missing signatures, lien releases, or correctionsCommunicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, dealerships, and DMVs to obtain required documentationMaintain accurate records and update internal systems with title status and notesEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to vehicle titling and registrationMeet internal service-level agreements (SLAs) and productivity standardsSupport audits and respond to title-related inquiries as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred13 years of experience in vehicle titling, registration, or automotive administrative workStrong knowledge of DMV processes and title regulations (multi-state experience a plus)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage high volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with lenders or lienholdersFamiliarity with electronic titling (ELT) systemsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to handle exceptions and escalationsCustomer-service oriented approachWork EnvironmentOffice environment Prolonged periods of computer and document reviewFast-paced, deadline-driven role recblid 0gj7tqrh944ir9oew4x4ldjv4srv09 KeySavvy, Inc.
