What You'll Be Doing: The Heart of Beauty Logistics You will be the key player ensuring thousands of customers receive their favorite products perfectly and on time. The Beauty Hunter: You will expertly navigate our modern distribution center, using an advanced RF Scanner to quickly and accurately locate and collect high-demand makeup, skincare, and fragrance products. Quality Control & Packing: Efficiently and carefully pack orders into shipment boxes, securing the items for their journey to the customer. Flow Master: Ensure the continuous movement of products by loading boxes onto elevators and moving materials throughout the facility. Physical Requirements (Stay Active While You Earn!) This role is fast-paced and perfect for those who like to be on their feet and stay active during their shift. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift. To maintain a safe and professional environment, all associates must adhere to the following dress code policies while on the warehouse floor: Tops: Shirts and t-shirts must have sleeves. Clothing must be free of holes, rips, tears, or any graphic writing and logos. Bottoms: Pants, shorts, or skorts must be worn at the waist and free of holes, rips, or tears. Shorts and skorts must not be shorter than 3 inches above the kneecap. Outerwear: Jackets and outerwear featuring hoods or pockets are not permitted on the warehouse floor. Footwear: Employees must wear closed-toe, closed-heel, and non-slip footwear at all times.
