RN MDS Coordinator: Drive Accurate Assessments & Care Plans

Life Care Centers of America

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator in Jacksonville, Florida, to oversee MDS assessments and care plans. This role requires active RN licensing and geriatric nursing experience.
