Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients seeking outpatient care using evidence-based practices.

• Employ family systems theory along with systemic interventions to navigate and resolve complex relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and family stressors.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Helpline Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
