The Headlines : In the role of Director, HR Business Partner working at the multi-site Milwaukee Miller Valley , you will deliver HR strategies and services through World Class Supply Chain fundamentals to effectively build the organizational capability and create culture change required to achieve business goals and imperatives in a multi-union environment. This position reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with Milwaukee Brewery leadership, the broader HRBP team, the Director of Labor Relations, local and corporate learning and development, HR centers of excellence, and other stakeholder teams. The Responsibilities :

• Most importantly, you will lead a team of six talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
• Provide HR leadership by collaborating with functional leaders and ensuring that all key HR and business processes are correctly executed. You will plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and programs in a changing environment.
• Promote positive employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion and developing strategies to ensure effective labor and employee relations.
• Develop a positive working relationship with unions ensuring open communication and the development of a common agenda for change.
• Create a culture of continuous learning and development. Partner with line management to provide the leadership required to advance employees' technical and leadership skills.
• Lead change management in collaboration with manufacturing development, learning and development, and communications. Ensure new work practices align with the brewery's business strategy through appropriate change methodology and organizational anchoring.
• Promote employee health and wellness.
• Lead and ensure full use of integrated people management processes to grow talent, drive performance, and improve employee engagement.

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• You have at least 10 years of experience in human resources with strong generalist experience and a focus on leadership-level partnerships.
• You have experience in a unionized environment and knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations.
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities and act with appropriate urgency to various market events and operational demands that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
• You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.

• You have a thirst for learning - you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.
