Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders. Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence within targeted sectors. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade associations, and networking functions. Travel as needed to support client development and project pursuits. Requirements Proven success in construction business development, sales, or client relationship management. Experience building relationships that lead to new project opportunities. Commercially minded with strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
