Construction Operations Manager

Florida Metro Construction is seeking a highly organized, self-directed Construction Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing company. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys taking ownership of office operations without requiring constant direction. Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Manage accounts payable and receivable Coordinate subcontractor and vendor documentation Maintain employee records and onboarding paperwork Track certificates of insurance, licenses, and compliance documents Assist with contracts, permits, and project documentation Coordinate office operations and administrative processes Support ownership with reporting and business operations Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and employees Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement solutions Qualifications 5+ years of office management or operations experience Previous experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or a related industry strongly preferred Experience processing payroll Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks or construction management software is a plus Professional communication skills and exceptional attention to detail We're Looking For Someone Who...
