Strategic Account Manager, Women's Health Sales
Natera
Natera seeks a Strategic Account Manager for women's health sales to develop and execute growth strategies across the Pacific Northwest region. The role involves building relationships with key health system influencers, educating strategic accounts on diagnostic offerings, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to expand market presence.
Responsibilities
- Educate and recruit strategic accounts and lab partners to adopt Natera's women's health test portfolio
- Develop relationships with OBGYN residency and MFM fellowship programs through educational initiatives
- Implement business plans aligned with regional sales goals and coordinate tactics with leadership
- Collaborate with clinical field specialists and stakeholders to maximize partnerships and secure blood access
- Travel 50-75% within assigned Pacific Northwest territory including WA, OR, ID, MT, and WY
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- Minimum 3 years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory industry
- At least 3 years sales management or consulting experience in diagnostics
- Demonstrated success launching products and growing revenue in new markets
- Strong time management and coaching skills
- Market knowledge in reproductive health preferred
