Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven, strategic, and relationship‑focused Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and expand market opportunities. This role is responsible for identifying new business leads and building strong partnerships. The ideal candidate is confident, goal‑oriented, and skilled at turning opportunities into results. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, outreach, and market analysis. Build relationships with prospective clients, present company services, and secure new accounts. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention and growth. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand market reach. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Host lives on Facebook to promote services, highlight company updates, engage with followers, and increase brand visibility. Attend job fairs, community events, business expos, and client meetings to represent the company and build connections. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field preferred (not required). Ability to manage multiple leads, deadlines, and priorities effectively. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
