We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Billing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the monthly billing cycle for attorneys, relying heavily on firm billing software to generate invoices and the ability to update internal spreadsheets. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the monthly billing cycle for clients of assigned attorneys Generate and review invoices using firm billing software Process incoming payments, including checks, credit cards, and municipal vouchers Conduct outbound collection calls on past‑due balances Reconcile accounts and assist with account analyses Handle attorney and client billing inquiries professionally and efficiently Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and billing records Requirements Associate’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 1 year of administrative, billing, or customer service experience Billing or collections experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Compensation & Benefits 100% employer match on 401(k) contributions up to 6% for full‑time employees. 100% employer‑paid health insurance premiums for standard coverage. 100% employer‑paid dental and vision coverage.
