Work Environment

The rehabilitation center operates onsite, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment where teamwork is paramount. Our team includes a range of healthcare professionals, ensuring a comprehensive support system for both staff and patients. The standard working schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility needed to accommodate patient care requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will have the responsibility of developing and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing effective therapeutic modalities and exercises to enhance patient mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities, ensuring safe and effective participation.
• Educating patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise information to promote sustained recovery.
• Administering various modalities—including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy—under established protocols.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and responding to therapy effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Preparing treatment areas and maintaining equipment and supplies, ensuring they are ready for use at any time.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including Occupational and Speech Therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Providing emotional support and motivation to patients, creating a positive atmosphere that encourages recovery.
• Complying with ethical standards and ensuring patient confidentiality throughout the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits
