The remote setting requires you to effectively utilize telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, maintain client records, and engage in team meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling, effectively utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress toward treatment objectives, making necessary adjustments to interventions as required.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing immediate distress or mental health crises, ensuring their safety and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care strategies that enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies regarding confidentiality and recordkeeping.

• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Your role will encompass a wide range of clients facing various challenges, including those dealing with severe mental health issues, substance use disorders, and life transitions such as grief, divorce, or relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
