Este rol implica construir relaciones con los clientes, recomendar servicios de mantenimiento y reparación, y garantizar una experiencia de servicio sin inconvenientes. Los candidatos exitosos prosperarán en un entorno de concesionario de ritmo rápido y priorizarán la satisfacción y retención del cliente. Resolver las preocupaciones de los clientes de manera rápida y efectiva. Inspeccionar las preocupaciones de los clientes y recomendar los servicios de mantenimiento y reparación apropiados. Aumentar las ventas de mantenimiento recomendado por el fabricante y servicios adicionales. Preparar órdenes de reparación y estimaciones de servicio precisas. Explicar las piezas, mano de obra y plazos de reparación a los clientes. Maximizar las oportunidades de pago del cliente mientras se mantiene la confianza y la transparencia. Coordinar el flujo de trabajo entre clientes, técnicos y gerencia. Monitorear el progreso de la reparación y proporcionar actualizaciones a los clientes. Asegurar que las órdenes de reparación estén debidamente documentadas y completadas. Mantener registros precisos e información del cliente.
