Job Overview The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) seeks a Legal Operations Coordinator to support the legal department in managing day‑to‑day operations, financial processes, and technology tools. Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day operations of the Legal Department, tracking priorities, workflows, and initiatives. Manage financial and administrative processes including billing, budgeting, and expense tracking while maintaining accurate and compliant records. Serve as a key resource for legal technology, coordinating system access, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements with IT and vendors. Maintain structured, compliant document management practices, ensuring legal records are organized, accessible, and aligned with retention requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in legal operations, business administration, public administration, or a related field. 3+ years of professional office administration experience; legal office experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational, communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills. Technically proficient and adaptable, with experience supporting legal technology systems and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
