Demand Planner

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to provide temporary coverage during a full-time employee's medical leave. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables). Experience with SAP Supply Chain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation.
• Analyze historical sales trends, market trends, and seasonality to support forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply planning, sales, and marketing to gather inputs and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Monitor and report forecast accuracy and key supply chain KPIs.
• Utilize Excel to manage and analyze large data sets; generate reports and dashboards.
• Leverage SAP (if applicable) to extract and update supply chain data.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in demand planning or supply chain forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using SAP in a supply chain or demand planning context.
• Familiarity with forecasting tools and planning software.

Note: This is a temporary position to backfill an employee on medical leave. Candidates must be available to start promptly and hit the ground running.
