The senior Partner Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the operational excellence of Partner Resources and ensuring a positive partner experience. As a key member of the Partner Resources organization, this role provides enterprise-wide support across multiple business functions, Partner Resources Directors (PRDs), and Partner Resources teams. From maintaining partner data integrity and supporting organizational changes to coordinating talent processes and ensuring timely execution of partner transactions, the senior Partner Resources Coordinator serves as a trusted operational partner who helps connect people, processes, and systems. In partnership with Partner Resources Directors, Partner Resources Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional teams, this role helps drive consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the enterprise. As a senior Partner Resources Coordinator, you will… Ensure partner data, transactions, processes, and systems are managed with accuracy, compliance, and a strong focus on the partner experience. Provide operational and administrative support to PRDs, PRO Business Partners, and leadership teams across multiple business organizations. Support organizational changes, workforce planning activities, talent processes, and position management activities. Assist in the execution of hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, compensation actions, and other partner lifecycle processes. Resolve complex partner, manager, and leader inquiries by collaborating with appropriate subject matter experts and support teams. Support cross-functional projects, initiatives, and process improvement efforts that enhance the partner experience and business outcomes. Coordinate and maintain reporting, documentation, audits, and tracking tools to support effective decision-making and compliance. Build strong partnerships across PRO and business teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-related processes and initiatives. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with partners at all levels of the organization. 3+ years of project coordination, operational support, human resources support, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of administrative, office coordination, or business support experience. 3+ years of customer service or partner-facing support experience.
