Staff Accountant

Responsibilities: Process accounts payable functions in a timely manner, including invoice entry, vendor account reconciliation, and information maintenance within SAP. Generate and issue customer invoices accurately using SAP. Procure office supplies and manage related purchasing tasks as needed. Assist with annual audit processes and support month‑end closing activities. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Word.
