Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans that address specific client needs and goals, ensuring a clear pathway for therapeutic progress.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance client care strategies.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy, continually integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals and families experiencing a breadth of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably within an outpatient setting.

• Strong skills in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans in partnership with clients.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• A deep commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth platforms is highly desirable, as is a background in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care or family systems therapy.
