Ace Wire Spring & Form Co., Inc. is hiring a Spring Grinding Machine Operator for our grinding department. This is not a deburring position. This is a hands on machine operation role in a spring manufacturing environment.

The right candidate will be trained to load and unload spring grinding machines, change and align plates, assist with machine setups, monitor production, inspect parts, and keep work moving through the grinding department. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical ability, consistency, and the ability to follow production travelers, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

Our grinding room supports custom spring manufacturing, so the work can change from job to job. We are looking for someone who can learn machinery, follow instructions, and grow into an operator who understands grinding setup, part quality, and production flow.
