This role offers a remote work setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while contributing meaningfully to patient care. The core working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with co-occurring disorders such as chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and substance use issues. Your role will be vital in helping these patients navigate the complexities of their conditions, providing them with therapeutic support in an empathetic and understanding manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing mental health concerns associated with chronic medical conditions.

• Experience in delivering integrated behavioral health services and collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on maintaining professional relationships and patient rapport.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
