Customer Service Admin/Accounting Assistant

- Strong tested Excel skills
- Excellent communication – verbal and written
- System savvy – ERP/CRM Systems
- Must have experience with Sage accounting software
- Manufacturing experience helpful
- Sales Reporting, sales forecasts, data management, orders and quotes, customer service background
- Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
- Highly detail oriented and accurate with data entry
- Positive attitude
- Experience collaborating with sales, engineering, planning, quality, purchasing and shipping desired
- Pay $27+ DOE
- 5 days per week in office
