Key Responsibilities
Provide daily customer support via phone, email, and chat
Document and manage customer cases, inquiries, and service issues
Perform data entry, including processing orders from phone, email, web, fax, and mail
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and FERPA requirements
Support business system testing for Salesforce, ERP platforms, and customer service software
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, customer communication, and service quality
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience within healthcare required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High accuracy in data entry and case documentation
Experience with Salesforce highly preferred
Proficient with computers; able to learn new software quickly
Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Post-secondary education preferred but not required
