Job Summary Sous Chef – Jacksonville, FL Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is a national leader in healthcare food and nutrition services. We are seeking a motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team in Jacksonville, FL. The downtown campus supports two hospitals, four retail dining locations, catering services, and an elevated culinary execution model anchored by a three‑week patient menu cycle.
