Senior Trainer
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the fully remote Senior Trainer will plan, create, and execute training programs, including instructor-led and web-based courses, while conducting needs assessments and developing training materials for Veterans Health Administration initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of training programs for VHA operational and clinical initiatives Conduct training needs assessments and translate requirements into effective educational solutions Administer learning management systems and analyze training metrics for program performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of eight years of experience in training, instructional design, or related fields Experience in developing and delivering instructor-led and web-based training for adult learners Proficiency in administering learning management systems and training databases Experience in conducting training needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness
