Lees meer op Als Account Executive ben jij de spil tussen onze klanten en de interne organisatie. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van bestellingen, van order tot facturatie. Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met sterke communicatie en een klantgerichte houding. Jouw functie Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en behandelt hun vragen op een professionele en toegankelijke manier. Je ondersteunt de Accountmanager bij commerciële administratie en klantopvolging. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar duidelijke, uitvoerbare interne instructies. Je beheert en volgt klantorders op van A tot Z: van order entry tot uitlevering en facturatie. Je behandelt klachten en claims efficiënt, met oog voor klanttevredenheid. Je zorgt voor het beheer van afroeporders en stockopvolging. Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals productie, planning en logistiek. Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma Goede kennis van een ERP-pakket is een must – ervaring met SAP is een mooie plus Je kan vlot overweg met Excel Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands én Engels – beide talen zijn essentieel in deze rol Je werkt zelfstandig, bent proactief, ondernemend en durf zelf zaken uit te zoeken Je bent nauwkeurig, klantgericht, met een open communicatiestijl Je staat sterk in je schoenen, bent zelfzeker, en weet hoe je op een duidelijke en constructieve manier communiceert, zowel intern als extern We bieden je de uitdaging om zelfstandig een boeiende en gevarieerde job uit te oefenen.
