Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients. This includes formulating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior intervention plans.

• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in alignment with regulatory standards and compliance requirements promptly.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical assessment process, ensuring that clients receive the best possible care tailored to their unique situations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans that promote the well-being of clients.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation efforts, ensuring adherence to the highest organizational standards.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering solid relationships to enhance client support and service accessibility.

• Communicate openly and effectively with colleagues, management, and clients to meet contract standards and uphold the values and mission of Step to Freedom within the community.

• Build and nurture professional relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations, identifying opportunities for collaborations and funding sources.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and representing the agency in community initiatives and statewide meetings.

• Promote adherence to the agency’s mission, values, and philosophies in all interactions.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a team-oriented workplace.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients living with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. You will provide empowering therapeutic support while partnering with them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. The position requires a keen understanding of diverse backgrounds and the unique challenges that clients face.

Compensation and Benefits\n
