Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by healthcare providers, assessing their functional abilities and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment programs, utilizing evidence-based techniques and methodologies to address orthopedic conditions.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment approaches based on patient response and physician guidelines to enhance recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, trauma, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health records and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
