Compensation:

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
• Coordinate with buyers to schedule showings that align with their needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the local real estate market to offer insightful advice and guidance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client experiences and successful transactions.
• Utilize technology and tools to streamline the showing process and enhance client interactions.
• Provide timely follow-up with clients after showings to address questions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.

• Experience in real estate or a related field, with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

• Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence.

• Knowledge of the Camden, NJ real estate market, with the ability to offer insightful advice and guidance.

• Proficiency in using technology and tools to enhance client interactions and streamline the showing process.

• Strong organizational skills to coordinate and schedule property showings efficiently.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team to ensure seamless client experiences and successful transactions.
