Role Description The Birdie Specialist - Part Time is a contract, hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with a mix of onsite visits and work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing in-home support such as organizing spaces, coordinating household errands, and assisting with lifestyle needs as requested by clients. The Birdie Specialist will manage schedules, follow detailed client instructions, and maintain clear, timely communication about tasks and progress. This role also involves documenting work performed, providing recommendations to improve organization or routines, and upholding high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. The schedule may vary based on client needs, so comfort with flexible hours and occasional short-notice requests is important. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and respond to client needs with care and discretion. Comfort with using smartphones, apps, and basic productivity tools (email, calendars, task management) to track tasks and communicate updates. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and suggest practical solutions to improve home and lifestyle routines. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Raleigh, NC area for in-person client visits (20-30 mins). Previous experience in concierge services, personal assisting, hospitality, home organization, or a related field is preferred but not required.
