This role reports to the Production Supervisor of the CNBC Hair & Makeup Department and should expect 8 hours+ day with flexibility as business needs allow.Responsibilities include but limited to:Prepares and processes P-card and expense reports in accordance with established travel policy guidelines; ensures the timely processing of expenses utilizing electronic processes for payment to Corporate credit card for the Wardrobe and Hair Makeup departmentsReview daily broadcasts, track talent looks and produce daily guidesCoordinate appointments for CNBC TalentAssist with product requests, orders & shipmentsMaintain inventory lists and update daily product requestsMaintain “Pro Account” relationshipsReview and revise vendor listsCoordinate schedule changes for staff and freelancersResponsible for coordinating staff transportation and maintain weekly reportsProvide production assistance for special network events, travel may be requiredPerforms basic administrative tasks, e.g. faxing, photocopying and filingMaintain production calendarsTravel may be required to auxiliary locations in NYC including NASDAQ, NYSE and 30 RockProvide back up support to department managerPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedAt CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, you’ll have access to great perks and amenities: Sweat it out -- Free onsite fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, plus daily group classes Eat up -- Gourmet cafeteria with daily specials plus soup and salad bars Extras -- Dry cleaning, shoe shining and sneak peeks  Don’t have a car?
