Program Assistant

Program Assistant Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering services throughout Arizona. The Program Assistant works with multiple interdisciplinary teams at CBI sites to organize, coordinate, and monitor all clinical operations, including managing reports, medical records, maintaining meeting records, and providing administrative activities. The Program Assistant will also coordinate intakes with the Clinical Assessor, oversee staff schedules, and facilitate office/supply orders with the Site Manager. Skills / Requirements High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred. 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience preferred.
