This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your own space while connecting with clients through telehealth methods. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy services, employing evidence-based practices and treatment modalities.

• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including crisis intervention, couple's counseling, and family therapy, to support individuals and families facing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment planning and implementation.

• Document therapy sessions accurately, maintaining clinical records and reports while complying with organizational and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent qualifications to practice in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
