Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Aspire Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will have the chance to apply culturally competent practices while supporting them through their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services remotely, preferably using telehealth platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients, fostering an environment conducive to healing.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle a full caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
