Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with couples and families, addressing various relational and individual challenges. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that fit each client's unique needs.

• Building therapeutic relationships with clients by establishing trust, employing active listening skills, and demonstrating empathy throughout the counseling process.

• Designing treatment plans tailored to the specific issues affecting clients, including conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating sessions that address complex family dynamics, such as coping with divorce, blended families, and parent-child conflicts.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational guidelines and billing requirements.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to discuss case management and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents. Areas of focus will include:

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
