What You’ll Own

\n

Results and Operations

\n

\n
• Ensure GMs hit restaurant targets to hit regional revenues and profitability
\n
• Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set clear performance objectives
\n
• Monitor labor, food, alcohol, and other costs against goals, and course correct fast
\n
• Plan and fine tune operations so they stay efficient and cost effective
\n
• Prepare operations reports and support financial reviews
\n

Leadership and People

\n

\n
• Coach and support General Managers, including regular performance appraisals
\n
• Help recruit, hire, and train management level team members
\n
• Keep company standards and procedures consistent across your stores
\n

\n

Guest Experience and Standards

\n

\n
• Make sure stores are clean, orderly, visually appealing, and fully equipped with working equipment
\n
• Ensure products and services meet regulatory and quality standards
\n
• Handle escalated guest issues, incident reports, and legal matters, and loop in People & Culture when needed
\n

Growth

• Track regional market trends and spot new revenue opportunities
\n
• Pitch new products, services, and sales ideas that boost guest satisfaction
\n
• Build and carry out business, marketing, and advertising plans
\n
• Flag problems early and bring solutions with them
\n
• Handle other work related duties as assigned
\n

What You Bring

\n

Required

\n

\n
• 5+ years of food service management experience, with at least 2 years overseeing multiple locations
\n
• Proven leadership chops, plus the communication skills to train, coach, and motivate teams
\n
• Calm under pressure, with a knack for prioritizing and managing your time
\n
• High energy and a positive, outgoing presence that people feel when you walk in
\n
• A genuine commitment to “stoking out” every interaction, with guests and team members alike
\n
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
\n
• High school diploma or GED, or demonstrated reading and math skills sufficient to read manuals and prepare computer reports
\n
• Management level food safety certification, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
\n

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

\n

With or without reasonable accommodation, you can perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout your shift; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; using your hands and arms for serving, cleaning, and operating equipment; and working in a fast paced restaurant environment. You can read menus, safety materials, POS and laptop screens.

Schedule and Travel

\n

Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Weekly regional travel is required.
