Receptionist Position in Carlsbad, CA LHH has partnered with an established business in North San Diego who is looking for a Receptionist to join their team! Responsibilities: Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain front desk organization and oversee general office tidiness Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings Manage and update customer and visitor logs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering when needed Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth front desk workflow Additional duties as needed Qualifications: 1+ year of Receptionist, Customer Service, Administrative or related experience preferred Familiar with Insurance or related industry preferred Ability to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Can work well independently with little supervision, in a busy environment Prioritize and manage time efficiently between answering phone calls and administrative duties Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and positive attitude!
