WH-100 IDS Call Center: The Referral Representative works under general supervision and is responsible for the coordination of patient referrals, to include submission, tracking, patient scheduling, and closing the loop on all referrals as well as the coordination of treatment for hospital and/or ancillary services. Entails communicating with Office and UM staff as well as Payors and patients. The Referral Coordinator ensures an efficient referral process which provides a seamless consistent process of referral for the patient across all providers/specialties. Generic: The Referral Representative works under general supervision and is responsible for the coordination of patient referrals, to include submission, tracking, patient scheduling, and closing the loop on all referrals as well as the coordination of treatment for hospital and/or ancillary services.
