Labor Relations Coordinator

Supporting the Labor Relations team remotely, the full-time Labor Relations Coordinator will manage union contracts, conduct preliminary research for inquiries, and provide backup support for client communications while ensuring accurate operations for entertainment production clients. Key responsibilities Organize and manage the Labor Relations Google Folder and databases Assist in the creation and maintenance of union contracts within the payroll system Monitor and route requests through HubSpot, providing backup support for client and internal emails Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in the entertainment industry Proficient in Excel and data management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Tenacious problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach Ability to handle challenges with a friendly and approachable demeanor
