What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within standards and regulations
• Assist with preoperative assessments and prepare patients for surgery
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to ensure patient safety
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively
• Support patient and family education related to procedures and postoperative care

What You Need

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in surgical or OR settings
• Experience with robotics and laparoscopic procedures
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

• Leadership or supervisory experience in nursing
• Additional clinical certifications in specialized surgical techniques
