Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients in acute distress, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to all regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Equip patients and their families with psychoeducational resources, fostering understanding and coping strategies for managing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care for patients.

• Perform routine outcome assessments to gauge treatment effectiveness and refine therapeutic approaches as necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
