Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in the following responsibilities:

• Counsel individuals via video chat to help them navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

We also prioritize matching counselors with clients according to their specialties and demographic preferences, enhancing the therapeutic relationship and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Be fully licensed by the state board as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, with no disciplinary actions and in good standing to practice independently.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and a nurturing disposition to connect effectively with clients.

• Be proficient in using computers and teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 115,000–130,000 per year, dependent on working hours and caseload. Full-time counselors will also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend to support their medical needs. Furthermore, we offer weekly direct deposit for your convenience.
