Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to provide outpatient mental health services from your own space while connecting with clients in Irvine, California, and potentially across other regions. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, while developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
\n
• Supervising Post Masters Fellows or Associate Clinical Staff as necessary, contingent on the completion of supervision courses, to foster their professional growth and adherence to best practices.
\n
• Engaging with clients and their families to provide education on treatment plans, supporting their understanding and compliance with therapeutic regimens.
\n
• Utilizing community resources and coordinating referrals to external support services as needed, ensuring clients receive holistic support beyond our clinical offerings.
\n
• Creating and leading psychoeducational classes and group sessions to enhance community awareness and coping strategies related to mental health challenges.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and case summaries in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
\n
• Participating in regular staff meetings and case conferences to evaluate treatment outcomes and adapt plans based on team insights.
\n
• Addressing safety concerns promptly by reporting to mandated agencies when required, and ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Nurturing Healthcare Services, you will work primarily with adults experiencing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress. Your ability to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of diverse backgrounds will be essential in providing effective support for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
\n
• Proven ability to adhere to departmental standards, policies, and state or federal regulations, ensuring the highest level of patient care and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified candidates, experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous. Additionally, prior involvement with supervision or mentorship of emerging mental health professionals is a plus.
