Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting scheduled one-on-one counseling sessions via video calls to help clients address mental health challenges.

• Fostering a safe and supportive environment by encouraging clients to openly discuss their feelings, enabling them to gain valuable insights into their thoughts and behaviors.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, full licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions against your license.

While all licensed mental health professionals are encouraged to apply, candidates with strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and proficiency in using technology for therapy delivery will excel in this role. We offer an attractive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on hours worked, along with a weekly direct deposit system for your convenience.
