Supervisor Clinic LPN LVN - Centralized In-Basket Team

LVN Supervisor

The LVN Supervisor supports the Centralized In-Basket Team across all four Orange County High Desert (OCHD) ministries by providing operational and clinical oversight. This role helps ensure efficient daily operations, timely message management, and quality patient care while serving as a backup to the RN and Manager. The LVN Supervisor also supports clinical triage, workflow coordination, staff guidance, and escalation of patient care concerns as needed.

Working under the direction of the Sr. Nurse Manager and/or Site Manager/Director, this position has direct responsibility for the supervision of staff in the clinical department. Ensures staff is providing patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Nursing.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college.
• Upon hire: California Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice with 1 year in a medical practice.
• Employee supervision/management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• EMR and/or IDX experience.
