Kontext: Die Abteilung Technology Collaboration (TechColl) leistet als Katalysator des Technologiemanagement der BWI einen wesentlichen Beitrag, das Digitalisierungspotential der Bundeswehr mittel- und langfristig zu heben. Der Fokus liegt auf der professionellen Begleitung der Technology Center bei deren Foresight- und Forecast-Aktivitäten und das anschließende in Wirkung bringen. Neben der Etablierung von belastbaren Austauschformaten mit internen und externen strategischen Partnern gehört die Steuerung von technischen und nicht-technischen Studien zum Aufgabenspektrum. Darüber hinaus steht die TechColl im permanenten Austausch mit z.B. der Bundeswehr, dem Forschungsumfeld und Industriepartnern aus Technologie und Rüstung.
- Definition, Umsetzung und Verfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Kommunikation der Ergebnisse aus Foresight und Forecast inklusive Textproduktion, Design, Print.
- Definition, Aufsetzung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Durchführung von technischen Studien und technologischen Vorhaben (Abhängigkeiten, Lieferverpflichtungen, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement, übergreifende Projekt- und Multiprojektplanung).
- Eigenständige Durchführung von komplexen Beschaffungsvorhaben nach europäischem Vergaberecht.
Qualifications
- Bachelor oder Ausbildung in einem relevanten Berufszweig sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Zertifizierung Projektmanagement IPMA C oder höher Oder Prince2 Practitioner
- Berufserfahrung im Grafikdesign, Mediengestaltung, Werbegestaltung o.ä. (mind. 4 Jahre)
- Steuerung von Projekten mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr und mindestens zehn Projektmitarbeiter:innen (mind. 4 Jahre)
- Steuerung von Beschaffungsvorgängen nach europäischem Vergaberecht (mind. 2 Jahre)
- Gestaltung von Pitch Decks, Auftritten, Bannern, werblichen Maßnahmen o.ä. (4 Jahre)
- Verfassen von journalistischen Texten zwischen 200 und 1.000 Wörtern (mind. 2 Jahre)
- Affinität zu aktuellen technologischen Entwicklungen bspw. KI, XR, Quantum oder 6G
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (Muttersprachniveau C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1) sind zwingend erforderlich
