Organizational Change Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Organizational Change Manager to join their team. As a Organizational Change Manager, you will be part of the Global Technology Organization supporting AI adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: El Segundo, CA. HYBRID (onsite 4 days a week)

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

What's the Job?
  • Lead end-to-end organizational change management strategies for AI adoption programs across global brand initiatives.
  • Design stakeholder segmentation, persona development, and change journey plans tailored to diverse teams in marketing, creative, technology, and operations.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses to inform program design and prioritization.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and design sessions with business stakeholders to surface pain points and define future workflows.
  • Develop executive reports, adoption dashboards, benefits realization tracking, and ROI frameworks aligned with AI program investments.
What's Needed?
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, development, or transformation roles, with at least 3 years supporting AI or intelligent technology adoption programs.
  • Proven ability to design stakeholder personas and use cases that influence program and product decisions.
  • Hands-on facilitation experience with discovery workshops, future-state design sessions, and executive alignment meetings.
  • Experience building ROI models and benefits realization frameworks credible with finance and leadership teams.
  • Fluency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and integrating OCM activities within iterative delivery cycles.
