Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing customized modalities aimed at fostering personal growth and overall well-being.
• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and continually monitor their progress to adapt treatment as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate remote clients, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
• Maintain precise documentation of all interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, providing tailored therapies that empower them to achieve healthier mental states and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Effective organizational and time-management capabilities to handle a dynamic caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a private practice or outpatient facility, particularly providing teletherapy.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Background in collaborative care with other healthcare providers or community organizations.

Compensation and Benefits
