Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, leading to the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to clients' unique therapeutic needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Set and collaborate with clients on therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure ongoing progress and efficacy.
• Offer teletherapy services to provide convenience and support for clients who may have difficulties attending in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client status and care, complying with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license in mental health counseling: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a private practice or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems.
• Knowledge in specialized therapeutic modalities and approaches, especially those relevant to anxiety and mood disorders.

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
